Registration, verification and account security
One Shuffle account connects casino, sports, payments, VIP and settings. Use accurate registration information, complete the verification level requested and enable security controls early.

Create one account for casino, sports and wallet features
You can register with a unique username, email and password. Current registration also supports existing Google, LINE or Telegram accounts as alternative sign-up methods.
Use accurate information from the start. Shuffle accounts are personal, and the Terms of Service allow one account per user.
Verification is organised in levels
The level requested can depend on the account and activity. The current account flow separates email verification, basic information, identity and proof of address.
| Level | What we ask for | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm the email address used for registration | Verification link sent to your inbox | |
| Basic Information — Level 1 | Legal name, date of birth, address and occupation | Profile details entered in account settings |
| Identity — Level 2 | Government-issued identification | Passport, ID card, driving licence or residence permit |
| Proof of Address — Level 3 | Recent document showing your address | Eligible bank, utility, tax, lease or government document |
Protect logins and withdrawals with 2FA
Two-factor authentication adds an authenticator-app code to sensitive actions after it is enabled in Profile → Settings → Security.

Open Security settings
Go to Profile, then Settings and Security.
Confirm the email challenge
Use the code sent to the email address associated with your account.
Connect an authenticator
Scan the QR code with a compatible authenticator app and complete setup.
Use 2FA on future sensitive actions
Once enabled, 2FA is required for future logins, withdrawals and selected social/tipping features.
Vault
Move funds out of the playable wallet into a separate Vault balance. A password is required to transfer funds back out.
Account hygiene
Use a unique password, protect access to your email and authenticator, and never share verification documents or wallet private keys with another person.
Account settings also contain gambling limits
Shuffle Wise lets you set wager limits and loss limits for daily, weekly or monthly periods. Both can be active at the same time, and hitting either limit blocks further gambling until the relevant period resets.
Self-exclusion is available for casino, sports or both when you need a longer break.
Keep profile information current after registration
Verification is not only a one-time sign-up event. We can request KYC information when needed to confirm identity, age, location or other compliance requirements.
Email access
Your email is used for verification and security challenges. If you lose access to the email account, resolve that through Shuffle Support rather than creating a replacement Shuffle account.
Personal details
If information changes or you notice an error, contact support so the account remains accurate. False or misleading identity or location data can result in restrictions.
One-account rule
Do not open a second account to work around verification, promotions, limits or access restrictions. The Terms of Service permit one Shuffle account per person.
Jurisdiction status
Account use is also subject to your current location. A valid login does not override a prohibited-jurisdiction rule.
Protect the systems around your Shuffle password
A strong password is only one layer. If someone controls your email inbox, authenticator backup or unlocked phone, they may be able to interfere with account recovery or session security. Use a unique password for Shuffle, secure your email separately and avoid storing recovery information in the same place as your main credentials.
Shuffle Support may help with account access and verification, but you should never send a wallet private key, seed phrase or your password to another person. Those secrets are not required to verify control of a Shuffle account.
Complete the required verification before funding
The current deposit flow requires email verification and Basic Information verification before a crypto deposit. Higher verification levels can be requested later depending on account activity and compliance needs. Completing requested verification promptly can reduce confusion when a payment or withdrawal needs additional checks.
