Our VIP program links eligible play to level progression and recurring rewards. It is designed as an account-based loyalty system, not a collection of external promo codes.
Progress through more than 50 VIP levels
The Shuffle VIP program is available to players and uses XP to track progression. As your level increases, new reward types and service benefits become available.
The program is cumulative: rank progression sits alongside recurring rewards rather than relying on a single welcome offer. The VIP page in your account shows current level, progress and claimable rewards.
What VIP progression can unlock
Eligibility and values depend on rank and recent play, but the reward framework includes several recurring formats.
Daily bonus
Available from Bronze under the current program and based on qualifying activity from the preceding period.
Weekly & monthly
Eligible players receive scheduled reward opportunities through the VIP page.
Rakeback & reloads
Rakeback returns a percentage based on eligible bets, while reloads become available through rank progression.
Casino and sports contribute differently
The current program uses different XP rates depending on product and qualifying odds.

Some rewards must be claimed on time
Reloads and other rewards can have defined claim windows. If a reload claim expires, the missed claim is not automatically carried forward. Check the VIP page regularly for active rewards and timing.
The monthly bonus is currently issued to eligible players on the first Friday of each month at 00:00 UTC, while daily and weekly rewards follow their own schedules.
VIP progression is gradual, not one jump
The program contains many sub-levels inside the major rank families, so progress continues between headline tiers.

Rank, recent play and claim timing can all matter
Not every VIP reward is calculated the same way. Some benefits unlock because a level was reached, while others depend on recent eligible wagering or are delivered on a schedule. Reload bonuses can be split into repeated claims over a defined period, and an unclaimed instalment can expire.
That is why the VIP page is more useful than treating VIP as one fixed cashback percentage. It shows what is available to the specific account now, what can be claimed and how far the account is from the next progression point.
Active rollover can change VIP economics
Some promotions reduce the VIP rewards generated while wagering a currency that is under rollover. If you are deciding whether to accept a deposit bonus, consider both the bonus terms and the effect on normal VIP rewards rather than looking only at the headline match amount.
