Crypto deposits and withdrawals at Shuffle
Our wallet supports a broad range of cryptocurrencies and networks. The key rule is simple: match the asset and chain exactly before sending funds, because blockchain transfers can be irreversible.

Supported cryptocurrencies and networks
Shuffle supports multiple assets, and several coins are available on more than one network. Always select the exact asset and chain shown in your wallet.
Asset and chain support changes over time. Use the deposit/withdrawal selector in your account as the live source before sending funds.
Match the asset, network and destination details
Email verification and Basic Information verification are required before depositing under the current account flow.

Select the asset
Choose the cryptocurrency you intend to send from your external wallet or exchange.
Select a supported network
For multi-chain assets such as ETH, USDT or USDC, the sending network must match the network selected on Shuffle.
Copy the address carefully
Use the deposit address shown in your account. Some assets can require additional destination details.
Wait for confirmations
Credit timing depends on the blockchain and the number of confirmations required for that wallet.
Verify the destination before submitting
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Check the receiving address, selected network and any destination tag or memo requirements before confirming a withdrawal.
Two-factor authentication can add a second verification step to withdrawals. If you use SHFL, note that SHFL is an ERC-20 token and should be sent only to a compatible destination that you control or that explicitly supports the token.
Use Vault to separate funds from your playable wallet
Vault is a separate balance inside Shuffle. Funds moved into Vault are not used for games, and a password is required when moving funds back out.
You can transfer between the wallet and Vault as needed and see the transfer history inside the account interface. Vault is a useful separation tool, but it is not a substitute for account security or responsible gambling limits.
Crypto payment basics
Why has a deposit not appeared yet?
Blockchain confirmation requirements vary. Check the transaction status and the deposit history in your Shuffle account before contacting support.
Can an unsupported token be recovered?
Recovery is not guaranteed. This is why the selected asset, chain, address and any tag or memo should be checked before sending.
Does Vault earn a return?
No. Vault is an account balance-separation feature, not an investment or yield product.
Why the same token can have more than one deposit route
Tokens such as USDT, USDC and ETH can exist or be transferable across multiple supported networks. The ticker alone is not enough information to send a transaction safely.
Asset
This is what you are sending — for example BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC or SOL. The receiving account must support that exact asset.
Network
This is the blockchain route used for the transfer — for example Ethereum, TRON, Solana, Polygon or another supported chain. Both sending and receiving sides must use the same route.
Address
The address is generated for a specific asset/network context. Copy it from the current Shuffle deposit screen rather than reusing an old address from memory.
Tag or memo
Some assets or destinations need an additional identifier. If the interface shows a tag, memo or destination field, treat it as part of the address information.
A small test can reduce operational mistakes
If you are using a new wallet, exchange or network route, you may prefer to send a small supported amount first and confirm that it credits correctly before sending a larger balance. This does not remove blockchain risk or fees, but it can help catch address or network mistakes before more funds are exposed.
Do not assume an exchange withdrawal screen and a Shuffle deposit screen use the same naming conventions. Read both. If one side says ERC-20 and the other says TRC-20, for example, those are different networks even if the token ticker is identical.
Other payment routes can depend on account and location
Shuffle is built around cryptocurrency, but supported fiat purchase or deposit options can also be presented through integrated payment partners where available. Those methods can have their own fees, verification steps and jurisdiction limits. The payment methods visible inside your account are the relevant set for your location.
